Understanding the Column Layout

Most oopbuy spreadsheets follow a similar column structure. Understanding each column before you start browsing saves massive amounts of time. The typical layout includes: Item Name, Category, Price, Quality Rating, Seller Name, Link, Size Info, and Notes.

Quality ratings usually follow a 1-10 scale or letter grades (A+ to D). Anything rated 8/10 or above is generally considered a safe purchase. The Notes column is often the most valuable, containing sizing advice, shipping warnings, and known flaws reported by previous buyers.

Step-by-Step Navigation Guide

1. 1Open the spreadsheet in your browser and wait for it to fully load. Large sheets with thousands of rows may take 10-15 seconds.
2. 2Use Ctrl+F (Windows) or Cmd+F (Mac) to open the search box. Type keywords like "Nike," "hoodie," or "budget" to quickly locate relevant items.
3. 3If the spreadsheet has category tabs at the bottom, click through them to browse specific sections like Shoes, Accessories, or Limited Drops.
4. 4Click the link in the Link column to open the product page. If it is a Yupoo link, you will see an image catalog. If it is a direct agent link, it opens in your shopping agent.
5. 5Before adding to cart, scroll through the Notes column for that row. Check for sizing warnings, known flaws, or shipping restrictions.
6. 6Copy the item link into your agent and add to cart. Take a screenshot of the spreadsheet row for reference during QC inspection.
